Co-Founder & General Partner

With a career rooted in leveraging technology and innovative processes, Nathan Harris empowers organizations to thrive in competitive industries by collaborating with global leaders across various sectors. In addition to being the founding partner of IMMERSION, Nathan is the CEO of EASE, a platform dedicated to upskilling and connecting diverse, highly qualified candidates with organizations seeking to build high-skilled workforces in technology, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. He serves as a board member for the Arizona Technology Council, the University of California Riverside's Executive Design Thinking Program, and the StartedUp Foundation, the nation’s largest high school innovation program. Nathan's ventures have been recognized by notable partnerships, including Gener8tor's Flagship Accelerator, CSA Partners Venture Fund, Plug & Play Tech Center Enterprise Tech, and Northwestern Mutual Future Ventures.

Kiam Cook

Kiam Cook is a dynamic leader whose career spans entrepreneurship, consortium building, and impactful service in both public and private sectors. As an Army Veteran, Kiam proudly served his country for years during Operation Enduring Freedom, where he demonstrated exceptional leadership, courage, bravery, and resilience. Transitioning to the private sector, he leveraged his experience and passion to drive meaningful change and impact industries and causes he was most passionate about including cancer research, economic development, and innovation. Kiam's work is deeply rooted in fostering positive social impact and creating opportunities for underserved communities in business. His uncanny ability to build strong relationships and consistently deliver results defines his approach to leadership and underscores his mission to make a lasting, positive impact on the world.

Douglas Johnson

Board Member | Family Office

Douglas Johnson is the esteemed Chair of three TIGER 21 groups in Denver, as well as a Family Office Group, where he provides invaluable guidance and mentorship to high-net-worth individuals and families seeking to grow, manage, and preserve their wealth. With a distinguished career as a former investment and trust advisor, his professional background encompasses public markets, alternative investments, banking, trust management, venture capital, deal sourcing, and syndication. His diverse experience equips him with a unique perspective on the complexities of wealth management and investment strategies. Doug has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to community and industry leadership. He has served on several boards and commissions, contributing his strategic vision and financial acumen to drive organizational success. Kevin Kowalke

Serial entrepreneur, investor, and strategist for some of America's most impactful leaders, Kevin teaches executives how to develop and manage self-directed remote teams with complete visibility. He does this by teaching them the four phases of team development and allowing teams and organizations to effectively collaborate on solutions to the world’s most significant challenges through human-centered design thinking and operational excellence.

Heather Grey

Committee Chair of Real World Data & Clinical Trials

Heather Grey is currently the Senior Vice President/General Manager of RWD and Clinical Trials at Omega Healthcare leading the Omega CurateIQ business. Bringing 19 years of expertise in the Life Sciences and Provider domain, Heather Grey possesses a rich background, including eight years in RWD and five years of experience in Clinical Trials, spanning both commercial and operational aspects. The work done by Omega CurateIQ is used to improve patient outcomes, increase efficiencies in clinical trials, and create usable and repeatable Real-World Data sets for research purposes. Previously, Heather held the position of Vice President of Clinical Trials at Tempus Labs, where she led pharmaceutical commercial and operations teams overseeing all clinical trial solutions, including CRO services and RWD solutions for patient trial matching. Before Tempus Labs, she was at Optum Insights, working with Life Science companies on RWD analytics.
